Storage HDD is being used as only "System Reserved"?

I just did a fresh install of Windows 8 (then up to 8.1) on my laptop (Clevo P170SM). I have a 120gb SSD for OS and a 700GB HDD for storage.

The latter HDD is now not showing up in Windows Explorer. And this is what things look like in Disk Management:

Disk 0 appears to be my storage HDD but it's being used as a 350mb "System Reserved"? How can I make the rest of it appear in Windows Explorer as a normal storage HDD?

I really hope I don't have to do another fresh install, it took me ages!

Thanks.

Thats it! Thats what you need to do.
Since your HDD was connected when you installed your O/S on your SSD, Windows created the System Reserved partition on your HDD instead of on your SSD in error.

Probably best to do another fresh install on your SSD, this time with the HDD disconnected.

If you don't want to do another install that's ok but just realize that in order for your system to boot you need to have the HDD connected.
