I am building a budget gaming computer using old parts, and I was wondering if I could run Fallout 3 on maximum settings with no AA? Also what kind of frames per second should I expect? Here are my current parts:

Core 2 Duo e8400 3.00 GHz (no oc)
GTX 260 896 MB DDR3 448 bit
Asus P5Q Turbo
4 GB DDR2 800 MHz
500 GB WD 7200 HDD
750 Watt power supply
1024x768 resolution
Windows XP 64 Bit

I am relatively new to PC building, so any help or suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

The 260 was released the same year as Fallout 3, so you should be able to run it pretty well with AA disabled and everything else maxed. The gtx x60 cards tend to be the mid-starting upper range cards and can play most games at a respectable frame rates for the games that come out the same year the cards do.
I missed the res you'd be playing at. At 1024x768 you will be just fine.

Don't even run Fallout 3 past low or medium, unless you want to install graphical mods there is no point. It looks that same as all the other modes, (except low of course) except for maybe smoother edges. But seriously, my pc can run it and it looks the same.
Also, my pc has 4 gigs of ram and is a laptop, I can run it on ultra. (I do turn of antialising though)
