This is going to be used mainly for gaming, planning on OC. The second GPU and set of RAM will be added down the road once a single 770 isn't cutting it. Tried to set up the system so that all I'll have to do is drop in another 770 when needed. This is my first build and here's hoping all goes well, comments and input welcome! :)

Do I need more case fans or will I only need them when I get a second 770?

Yeah you have a good build there, no need to make any changes. All i would say is that adding RAM later on is not always as easy as just plugging it in, you may have to replace the two existing sticks to get more RAM. Hopefully this doesn't happen. As far as case fans you should be fine for now but if you find that your idle temps seem a bit higher than you would like then add a couple to get better air flow. Good luck with the build.

Budget is a problem, been saving for a while now. I also like the idea of putting all this stuff in a small case, I dunno maybe I'm just weird. I don't see myself as going way overboard, I'm just trying to get quality parts that will last.
