No, it won't work. That CPU is incompatible for that motherboard. Either change your motherboard to an LGA 1156 socket motherboard, or change that CPU to an LGA 1155 CPU.

I tried entering "1156 motherboard" in pcpartpicker.com. It found 106 boards but not a single one was actually available at any of the retailers.
Think about buying an LGA 1150 board, a recent CPU that works with it, and some DDR3. Sorry...
The good news is you'd get a major speed improvement, plus goodies like USB 3.
