You can bring the cost of the Intel build to afford the GTX 780.
The K series CPUs have no advantage without overclocking, so choose the Core i5 4670 instead.
These CPUs only support memory speeds up to DDR3-1600, so no advantage with the DDR3-1866 you have selected.
The Fractal Design R4 is a very nice case, but you have chosen a cheaper option on your AMD build.
The motherboard is also unnecessarily expensive, better to not worry about overclocking and just be able to afford this better CPU:

A better quality power supply at a cheaper price:

I was thinking about overclocking my i5 4670k.
Which case is better? The r4 or the 400r?
Also i want the psu to be at least semi-modular, the xfx one isn't.
Thanks for replying
keep em coming.
Modular power supplies are overrated. Have a look at the connectors you will need and see how many you can actually leave off in your build. Those extra couple cables are easy to tuck away.
What you pay for the modular supply really isn't worth it.
The TX series supplies are OK, but you can get better for the money.
If you must have a modular supply, this would be a better option:

I don't know much about the 400R. The R4 is a very good case.
With the changes I suggested above, you can run a core i5 4670 at stock speeds which will be better than the FX-8350 overclocked in many games. You also save more than 40W power usage at load and generate less heat and noise (the same cooler, but it has to work much harder for the AMD particularly with overclocking).
On your graphics card too, consider R9 290 cards with custom coolers.
You lose features like g-sync, shadowplay and PhysX but get a faster card and an extra 1GB of video memory.
There isn't a clear winner, it depends on your needs.
