The quality and the number of amps on the +12V rails are more important than the claimed maximum wattage. I found a picture of that psu on eBay, and it lists 24 amps on each of the two +12V rails, so that part might be okay.
However, it seems to be by HMW, which I hadn't heard of before, and which isn't listed in the Eggxpert Tiered Power Supply List or even in Who's Who In Power Supplies, 2013: Brands Vs. Manufacturers, so I have serious doubts about the quality.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust that PSU either. In theory it does have the amperage, it does have the PCI-E connector, but I'd be afraid to load it with a GTX 760.
@OP: I suggest buying a new PSU from a reliable brand.
