As i know few differences is the power consumption, chip size n integrated graphic for 3rd and 4th gen.
but i need to know is it worth to buy New 3rd Gen or used 3rd gen system with i5 or i7 processor.
Or simply buy new 4th gen g3220 for now n upgrade to i3 in Q3'14.
The only thing new will be the HDD and possible casing with 450w.
and for 4th gen everthing will be new including mobo, ram and gpu.
The tight budget in total is $340, and we dont have AMD here.
I dont have plan to change for next 5 years.
considering this will be part gaming, with work, movies, no graphic or cad.
So do tell me fast so i can start to look around.
