ow budget pc and so I would like to know which of these two boards is the best.
I'll use for the board for music production and use programs like fl studio, and im going to do 3D modeling/rendering using 3ds max.

with this board i'll buy an fx 6350!

I would get the Asus m5a97 r2.0. The ASRock one has no vrm heatsink on it and screams 'cheap' to me. What is your budget and where are you located (country)? Personally, I would get the FX 8320 but if you couldn't afford that (the 8320 and 6350 are really close in price in the US), get the 6300 and overclock it to the 6350 level. I'm sure every 6300 can do that. You save a few more dollars by doing + you could put the rest up for better cooling.
