I have recently bought a connection from an ISP ( Reliance Broad Net) , when i am trying to configure the ADSL modem (Primatel) with my DLINK DIR-600L router , facing a weird problem. My internet connection is getting dropped frequently when using the WIFI router , but browsing with the Ethernet LAN cable it is not.
As a temp fix , doing the 2 things .
1) flushdns in my lap
2) opening the console (192.168.0.1) -->Device Info --> Status --> Under Internet --> DHCP release / renew
Will give me the connection for some time , again the problem continues , i couldnt browse my net. Its giving page cannot be displayed.

Need help badly.. Please help and it is much appreciated.

Thanks

D-Link have released a whole bunch of firmware updates for their WiFi routers (DIR-6xx series), most of the fixes being issued are for WiFi fixes (I had an issue with a DIR-635 router which I was using as a WiFi extender, the WiFi was playing up but the firmware update fixed it).

This fix is for the UK/Euro routers (please use the correct regional fix and revisions when updating your router):
