My motherboard won't achieve a memory speed higher then 800MHz (My memories are 1600's).

I've looked around and tried different strategies people have posted.
I have enabled XMP (bumped it up from 666.6 to 800MHz).
I've upgraded bios, chipset and everything else I could find.
Intel Extreme Tuning Utility says I have the correct settings.

Oh, the memories I use are: Corsair Vengeance Low Profile 8GB DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz (CML8GX3M2A1600C9W) (2x4GB)
Still it won't run faster than 800 instead of 1600, any thoughts? What have I missed?

Specs for memories

I tried disabling XMP and set it to 1600, no change according to speccy and cpu-z.

Also I wasn't able to change the voltage of the memories (They run on 1.35V, couldn't select the option in the bios menu).

That would actually explain it all. (1333 / 2 = 666.5 and 1600 / 2 = 800).
I will enable XMP again and trust it has the best settings.
Also CPU-Z correctly shows that they are running in dual mode.

Thank you for clearing that up!
