MSI H87M-G43 motherboard can accomodate 3 monitors. Do I need video card(s) too?

This is for a new machine build. Will the video results (NOT gaming) using just the motherboard be good enough? The main program I will be using on this system suggests requirement '32-bit graphics support - 256 MB or more for multiple monitors'.

Solution

That is because the GPU is on the Intel CPU that you are going to put on the board so you will have to look it up there!

Reviewing the motherboard specs, I can not find that it meets the suggested requirement of '32-bit graphics support
256 MB or more for multiple monitors'. I am not techie. Thanks

The cpu is i5 3.4 ghz 4670 6mb 4/4 and under specs I find the following
Integrated graphics
GPU Type: HD 4600
Base frequency (MHz): 350
Maximum frequency (MHz): 1200
Does that meet the '32-bit graphics support 256 MB or more for multiple monitors' requirement?
