PC freezes then restarts

Lately my pc started to freeze then restart (usually happens when i play games). PC itself is like 4 months old.
First I thought that could be Windows 8.1. fault, but after re-install problem remained.
PC specs:
Asrock z87 Pro3
I5 4570
MSI GTX 760 twin frozr
Corsair TX850m
Kingston Hyperx black (16gb)
Western Digital 1TB, 7200rpm, Caviar Blue.
I also ran 3dMark several times and pc did not freeze once.

I changed the card (retailer accepted previous card as faulty and switched it to another (same model msi 760). It worked ok for about 2-3 months. However, a few days back, GPU switched off again.
I was logging with GPU-Z when card switched off. Only thing what seemed suspicious was that voltage jumps from 0,875 to 1,15. Before GPU switched off voltage dropped down to zero. Could this mean that PSU is faulty? Temperature never rose above 45C so I dont think there is overheat problem.
