cpu, moterboard, ram best for gaming under 350£

HI what is better advised to choose for my gaming rig.
cpu: i5 4670k- 160£
mobo: Gigabyte G1.SNIPER Z87 or msi z87-g45 gaming similar pricing 110£ what better?
ram: not sure what to choose (80£)
my budget 350£
other details(I can not change, because I have already :) ) psu: corsair rm650, gpu asus gtx760,cpu cooler Freezer 7 PRO. ssd sandisk 128gb.

Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£109.01 @ CCL Computers)
Memory: G.Skill Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory (£68.32 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £345.32
CPU - Best gaming CPU on the market. The deal is that it is unlocked.
Motherboard : Pretty good motherboard actually, supports CF and SLI, is not going to burn when you OC.
RAM - Pretty good RAM, the same color as the motherboard and pretty good speed. I am using it and it work perfectly.
