what 750w power supply for £120?!?

I am looking for a really nice good gaming 750w full modal for £120, I am planning on making a lot of upgrades over time in my pc so I would like o know the best poss 750W full who be durable for sli such as I may get two gtx 660
my cpu is: AMD fx 8320
my gpu msi 3 gtx 660 not it( I am going to get one more in sli)
my motherboard is GA-990xa-ud3
my psu now is the xfx pro core 550w ( for some reason it makes like zapping sounds and fizzing sounds where the kettle leads plugged in I am very worried about only doesit when under load or has slipped out a bit)
cpu cooler : CM evo 212
case: CM 912 plus (I am getting a crape load of fans to max out all cooling in side)
Wi-Fi card is just a basic one not sure witch I am going to upgrade this to a dual band one later.
I don't care about sound I am a cooling freak I would have it 10C if I could :P and no more then £120 any cheaper is better!!! UK

More about 750w power supply 120
  1. The Thermaltake Evo blue 2.0 750W. It's a gold rated psu with a true wattage of around 900W and it looks great. I've been running it and have had no problems with it at all!
  2. For £120 I'd say a Corsair AX760. It's kinda overkill for just a pair of GTX 660s though.
  3. Better to safe then sorry plus it leaves room for updates later on

  5. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-rm850 Easily can handle for example a 780ti sli. This psu has a lot of power, name brand which means great customer support which they do, 80+ gold and its fully modular which means easy cable managment. you dont really need 900w psu.
  6. The Thermaltake and Corsair RM are not that good PSUs. The Thermaltake PSU has problems with high ripple, Corsair RM also has its issues (HardOCP gave the 750W version a Fail).

Edit: Bad capacitors on the secondary side. Avoid.
  7. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1750bbefx XFX 750W. I am using it and did not have problems.
  8. Agreed^
  9. Recommended XFX 750 or Corsair AX760 above both tier1 PSU's the Corsair RM 750 is only tier3 because of issues. http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx

That's just a more expensive version of the Corsair AX760.
