Will Those 2 work together? Does the PSU have enough amps and does it have the rail the GPU Needs?

Yeah just go for it!! Its a very good gpu cause i'm running 2x zotac 770 amp! in sli with this psu

, even some time i oc both the cpu and gpu. 750 watt is enough for 2x gtx 770 and 850w can handle 2x gtx 780 fine. No need to worry about mate even if you use 3x 770

850W is overkill and wasted for 1 GPU, but if you find yourself going SLI at some point then go for it, otherwise just get a 600-650W to be sure you have room for future hardware upgrades http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb9
