I would like to look into my options of upgrading my graphics card but unfortunately I am not sure what I can put on my system and how much/will it will slow it down. Maybe its not even worth it Just wondering if someone could give me some pointers. Also what is the best way to show you my system specs?

Here is what I do have:
IRQ 16 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560
IRQ 16 Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 1 - 1E10
IRQ 16 Intel(R) 82801 PCI Bridge - 244E
IRQ 16 PCI standard PCI-to-PCI bridge
IRQ 16 Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller - 1E2D
IRQ 16 Xeon(R) processor E3-1200 v2/3rd Gen Core processor PCI Express Root Port - 0151

IRQ 17 Intel(R) 7 Series/C216 Chipset Family PCI Express Root Port 6 - 1E1A
IRQ 17 High Definition Audio Controller
Asus Z77 Motherboard

and I am currently upgrading my ram with another 16gb just waiting for it to arrive.

It depends on your budget and how powerful your power supply is, If you buy a recent GPU and you have an old CPU, you may also check for bottlenecking.

About systems specs, there are multiples ways to check them. Here are two:

I. Right click on "My computer">Properties (there's some for you right there).
1.Click on the "Hardware" tab.
2.Click on "Device manager" (more info).

II. Or: Start>All programs> Accessories> System tools> System information. (This might be all you need right here

Your CPU will be powerful enough for any graphics card avaible now. AMD or NVIDIA, it's a personal choice. The card with the best performance/price ratio is the GeForce GTX 770. If you can afford it, get the GTX 780. Be sure to pick a good manufacturer. Gigabyte, EVGA and ASUS are among the best ones.

ok and I can't see what power supply I currently have from opening the side, but on the back there is a switch to go from 115v to 230v, I switched it to 230V and the computer died
