Is my pc build able to run games at Ultra settings 60 FPS?

Solution
Well it is better to get i7 with HT if you have the money because it could be better for future games but you wont be able to run the games on ultra at 60 fps for the next 5 years because it would be hard for BF4 and it is outside already, for now there is not a big difference between i5 and i7 in gaming until HT is used like in crysis 3 and BF4. You could get 1600MHz RAM, a better GPU would increase your fps most and last longer. You could save at the mainboard and maybe on the monitor. For next gen games you would have to reduce some details in the future to get good fps. The most important thing is to get the best GPU you can if you plan to use it for five years and you want high settings with high fps.

The price difference is too high for my opinion to get the 780ti over the 780 for little more performance. For CPU it is hard to say, maybe i7-4930K 6core with 12threads if it should be for the next 5 years. Hard to tell if next gen games will need 6 real cores and how HT will be optimized and used for them. Atm there is only a difference in performance for crysis3, BF4 and maybe few other games where HT is used.

So if i do this, should i be able to run on max settings for the next five years? Should I change my motherboard, and if i do, to what?

For PSU I would prefer Seasonic, maybe this one SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze. I checked the mainboards and it is ok. Well you wont play all games at ultra for the next 5 years because the games requirements change a lot and maybe you will need to turn down to high or maybe even medium (it is hard to predict) later but the CPU would last very long since it is a real 6 core CPU with HT and you can overclock it.

Thanks, you were a huge help, and this is probably the pc that i am going to get, I might go ahead and trade in my graphics card after 3 years to keep my settings high, unless there is a better buy right now.
