Hello guys.
Recently i bought Asus R7 260X and i'm having big problems with her.
I already sent it to reclamation but they have told me that there is no problem.
Can somebody help me with finding reason of those weird lines appearing.

Other components are :
MSI 870-C45 (FX)
Memorija DIMM DDR3 4GB 1333MHz Patriot Signature CL9, PSD34G13332
AMD Athlon II X2 250 3,0GHz
Codegen 350X 550W
The GPU that i had before 260X was MSI GeForce GT440 1GB DDR3
With her everything worked so perfectly without any problem.
Also to say 260X use 115W in TDP,and GT440 used 65W.
Proccesor use 65W in TDP.
I'm not in best hood,i think,so i think i'm not getting "good" electricity.
