$1600 PC Build HELP

I am building a PC for $1600 and not a penny more, I want to run Adobe After Effects/Premiere at the same time as Adobe Speed grade, both us a good amount of RAM/Memory, I also want Competitive renders and to play Battlefield 4 at 1080p ULTRA settings, and get 60fps. I have two builds:

I think that would be great for the BF4, but for editing and heavy applications the 4670k is just not good enough, thank you for helping

I'd go with the first build simply because of the graphics card. The CPU is also very powerful and almost as good as an i7. Not sure about SSD as Adata aren't very reputable so I would probably go Samsung.

As for the second build, I doubt you will ever make use of the full 24gb's of memory even though you will be running multiple programs at once. Could I ask if you are planning on overclocking? I'm guessing you are since you chose the i7 4770k but just making sure.

I added them up without the discounts because I am going to buy in about 1 month and for the same build just different mobo and different processor everything else identical I got $1684 for intel and $1679 for amd, so all else equal would you go intel or amd? and yes I will over clock intel to 4.6/4.7 or amd to 5.0

How is the 212 evo can i pull 4.6 or 4.4 ghz out of the 4770k at stable temps?

Yes there is know need to water cool. The 212 Evo is all you need.
