Can I move my program and program x86 files to a different hard drive? When I was asking to initially install a program when it went into my C drive it had file folder and everything all ready picked out.. when I attempted to install into to D drive it had nothing. The same was true for my League of Legends folder. So what I am running into is I have an SSD for OS.. but it is about out of room. What should I do ?

I put together new pc.. I had one SSD drive for the OS.. One SSD for progmrams such as games and stuff and one reg hard drive for music and media. However the SSD for windows is basically full.. There are folders with the window set up like program files and program files x86 that I would like to move from the OS folder to the Games SSD is this possible?
