I was going to start the dell in safe mode like I do my hp lap top and tell it to update the computer while in safe mode but after I started it in f8 ctrl
It appeared to ignore the f8 command and went to the windows log on. I entered the desktop password but it did not open in windows. All that came up was a grey screen.. not blue. It just sits there and wont do anything else.
