I recently bought a new case : Haf 932 Advanced , for my CPU becasue it is downlocking itself to 1.4 ghz due the mosfet heating up , well the Haf's 220 fans are running at extremly low RPM i actually put my hand infront of them and i couldn't feel anything like... 0 CFM , and yet they spin.. ( very slowly ) i don't know how to make them to run faster....they have 3 pin connect ( no PWM i think ) so..they should run at full speed?
- Thank you in advance

If you connected the fans to the motherboard, you'll need to go into the BIOS to change the fan speed. They normally have something like, Silent and Performance, pick Performance.....

OR, get a three pin to molex converter cable. Connect fans directly to your power supply using them. They run full speed all the time then. And, they move a TON of air......

PSU : 750W
CPU : AMD FX 8150 x8 3.6ghz Black editio
GPU : Gigabyte windforce x3 r9 270x
CASE : HAF 932 Advance
CPU COOLER : Anteq khuler 932 ( Water cooled )
MOBO : Asus M5A78L/USB3

Thank you guys for helping me ...i tried to plug the cables Straight to the PSU since the Haf's fans are 3 pin..those psu connectors are a 2 pin to molex kind of connector.. did i do something wrong? and , i didn't find anything in the bios for fans , shouldn't they run at full speed while...on PSU..? this is how i thought.. and they don't..still lowest CFM

as i said..i am on a water cooling machine anteq khuler 932 ..and the pump is at about 3000 rpm which i think is fine..the cpu doesn't pass 45 degrees even on load. ( 50 degrees if i put another fan with the case open ( fan straight to the mosftets for no 1.4ghz throttle ).

well its most likely you're fans may be bad try other 12v fans im very sure its the fans
