So I just purchased a refurbished computer, the HP dc5850 Mini-Tower. Here are the specs:

Operating System- Windows 7 Home Premium
Processor Type- AMD Phenom X3 8750B @ 2.40GHz
Memory- 2GB DDR2 (planning to upgrade to 4)
Hard Drive- 160GB SATA
PCIe x16

It has intergrated graphics, that suck. I am not looking to play BF3 on the highest quality settings, but instead Skyrim on medium to low settings.

So I am looking for the cheapest but best game card under $50 USD, preferably one with DirectX 11.
Thanks!

His PSU is too weak for a 7770.

A Radeon 7670/7750 is about the best you're going to run off a 300W PSU.
