I also found out that my current CPU only support 1333 Mhz ram frequency.
You're CPU and GPU are good enough although if you can upgrade them it would be real nice
. If you're going with AMD cards preferentialy the R7 is good for the price, but if you want overall performance not considering the brand I would suggest the GTX 650 ti boost for just more 10 bucks. 8 Gibs of Ram will yield a really good performance boost if you're planing on doing stuff like rendering and playing with some editing software, for gaming it depends on the game, but in max it would give you 10-15 fps.
Thank you for your reply.
The cheapest nVidia card that is selling where I live is GTX 760 and I was actually considering paying the extra cash just to have the extra benefit of physix, but I stumbled in a forum post on their website and many posters were complaining about video playback problems (frame tearing and such) with Kepler based cards. I am not sure sure if that is a prevailing problem with all users of Kepler based cards but I think there is quite a risk, especially since this card is more expensive than the highest AMD card I might buy (R9 270). What do you think?
To be honest with you I would go with the 760. What's the price diffence between those 2? because although the 760 is better it's not THAT much, but it'll give you an extra 10-30 fps depending on the game. I can tell you that I have the 760 and I can play BF4 on Ultra at 45-60 fps what's really good. Your processor won't bottleneck it so you would probably get the same.
Don't care about what the AMD/Nvidia fanboys say, right now Nvidia is a little bit better but Amd is more than a good alternative. We'll have to wait a bit to know what the new amd drivers are capable of
Check this site for good information about graphic cards

Summing it up, go with the GTX 760 if you can, if not, the amd will be a capable alternative.
Thanks again! But still, Do you have any video playback problems or driver problems with your card? I also found this post:
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1770997/gtx-760-drivers-issues.html
and that post on nVidia forumes(the same poster): https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/572930/am-i-the-only-one-gigabyte-gtx-760-driver-issues/
and finally this post about video playback problems with Kepler based cards:
https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/topic/543305/linux/screen-video-tearing-gtx-6xx-7xx-titan-kepler-in-almost-all-applications-including-the-desktop/8/
about the price difference it is equivelant to 79$ with for the gigabyte 2 GB OC edition and 80.5$ for Asus OC edition.
So with the price difference and the possible problems I wonder if it is still worth it to consider the GTX card which I really wanted to get because AMD cards don't have physx acceleration and that can significantly affect gaming experience in many titles
