problem with port forwarding

I tried to open my port for utorrent because it was closed by my internet provider by port forwarding . But it seems that only udp was open and TCP still closed although I chose both of them to be opened in my router settings . Any advice ?

I opened the both of them and still I can't download with utorrent :( it is really frustrating
