USB 3.0 Ports not Functioning

So I have a asus A88-x pro and 2 of the 4 rear usb 3.0 ports are not functioning. When I plug something into them it receives no power. My case has 2 usb 3.0 ports on the front panel and those aren't working either. But all the 2.0 ports are working fine even the ones on the front panel and 2 of the rear 3.0 ports are working fine. I've already checked in the bios to make sure all the ports are enabled. So my question is whats wrong with my ports?

Correct and they are. I even tried repairing them. I Have confirmed its a driver issue though and not a bad mobo. So for now it just have to live with it till I can find a solution.

How did you come to the conclusion it was not the MB, and it was a driver issue?

Switched the front Io 3.0 connector to the 2.0 connector included and the ports work fine. I've also plugged a few other things in and confirmed I am receiving power to the devices which leads me to believe its a driver issue not mobo.
