Will This psu work with Amd r9 280x?

So,I am thinking to get Amd r9 280x (asus direct cu2 edition).Now the question is that will my Corsair vs650 psu work with my new r9 280x

Hello,

Although your PSU isn't the best quality, it is still a solid unit and it should power the card at any given time.
By the way, if possible, I suggest you'd grab the HIS/MSI/Sapphire Toxic/Dual-X versions over the ASUS version for beter cooling and overclocking potential.
