Truly speaking, Its not a good PSU. Though its from a reliable maker Corsair, its meant for really budget constraint people. It hasn't got any 80+ certification. However it has the necessary wattage and the PCI-E connector needed to power the HD 7770.

If you are on limited budget you can try this one:

Its a lot better than VS 450

But I'd recommend taking this...

If you are from US then the best you can get for 100 dollars is this:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-hd7770dc1gd5v2
http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/HD7770DC1GD5V2/#overview

HD 7770 is superior to both GT 610 and HD 6570. Its the best card for entry level gamers. You will be able to play all the latest games at medium-high settings up to HD resolution and can also watch 3d movies easily. Anything below this is a waste of money in terms of price to performance ratio.

The card needs very less power. A good quality 400 Watts PSU is more than enough to run this card, provided you are not overclocking the card.

However if you are from a different country then the price will vary..

Is that GPU support my mobos PCIEx16 slot?

230V is a setting at the back of the PSU depending on your mains outlet (that little red switch) and it does not mean that it's 230W, he hasn't specified the actual PSU wattage and model

Just check the Power Supply sticker under the +12v rail, if you have more than 16A then get a Radeon 7750, if you have over 19A and have a 6 pin PCI-E power connector then get a 7770

Frankly anything above a 7750 will be held back by that stock E5200

The GT 610 is good enough for watching HD movies and etc. but it is a big no no for gaming, the 6570 is alright for 720p gaming but at this point in time the best option for you would be the 7750 if your PSU can handle it

@ Arnav: he has a PSU rated 230V, which is the required voltage of the input AC current. That's no way the Wattage of the PSU.

@ rolandzhang3: Agree with the bottle-necking issue you mentioned. That dual core is a bit too old for these cards. But still 7770 is the best card for 100 dollars.

@ sieedhassan: Do check your PSU before doing any hardware upgrade. You must be sure of its make and output capacity and check if it has all the necessary connectors to power an external card.

Its the best PSU in the 400-450 Watts range.

One more thing I'd like to mention is that if you plan to upgrade rest of your PC within next 1-2 yrs, then its wiser to get a PSU with higher wattage like 550-600 watts. This will give you the flexibility to add more powerful components in the future without changing the PSU. This will save a lot of money in the future as good quality PSU doesn't come cheap.
