Then i would recommend a complete upgrade and just keep your case and dvd drive. Maybe your power supply unit depending on the make and model of it.
I can recommend some components if you wish?
It would be helpful to know what games you will be playing.

Yeah I would like to play Everquest Next Landmark. I just downloaded the alpha version of it and after I downloaded it it ran like crap. I wouldn't mind being able to play some of the newer games on high settings if possible. I could always just sell this and put it toward a brand new tower. How much do you think I could get for it?

But also more expensive:D

Everquest Next Landmark has a recommended requirement of a nVidia GeForce GTX 560 series or higher / AMD HD 6870 or higher so an AMD 270x would be able to easily max it and play other games on high settings.

Just more future proof and can play other demanding games on ultra on 1080p. The 270X is still great it will run most games on high but if you want to play at ultra go with a 770. If you only use PC for Everquest go with the 270x but if you want to play other games get the 770:D
