The BitFenix Prodigy is an excellent choice for mini-itx, and the psu you chose to go with it will be fine.
However, if you want to use that SG05 case, it requires an SFX psu, so I suggest this 450W model:

It's a little below the recommended 500W for a 760, but since it offers 36 amps on the +12V rail (recommended for a 760 is 30 amps on the +12V rail), you should be okay. Also, I think those recommendations are for an average ATX system, and mini-itx boards use a bit less power. I used that model psu for a while with a 670 (same power requirements as a 760) and an SG06 case (same size as the SG05).

Your psu is fine.

The prodigy is not exactly a small case, the sugo is better.

How about the lian li Q08?
