Currently I am having Sapphire HD 7950 OC and I am planning to replace it with Sapphire TOXIC R9 280X model. I am using cooler master thunder 600W PSU. Will this be enough for TOXIC.

Need suggestion?

I don't think you will see any significant performance boost to warrant such a graphics card exchange.

Ok, but my question is whether cooler master thunder 600w psu will able to handle sapphire toxic r9 280x?

Also I haven't used MSI card before, are they better than sapphire?

Yes it will be fine. The GPU in the 280x is almost identical to the 7950.

I don't think so.

1. The newegg listing shows that it needs 750W with 2 8 pin connectors.
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

2. Coolermaster quality is variable, and from what I can read, the thunder is one of the iffy ones.

If a unit fails, you want good support.
I suggest you try to find support from each of the two vendors, and decide which you are more comfortable with.

If the unit has no problems which is the norm, the brand does not matter.
