I have finally come up with a build that I am pretty happy with, but I have two questions still in my mind before I commit.

First off, here is what my build is made of:

Motherboard: ASRock Z87 Extreme6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard ($144.99 @ Microcenter)

Now for my two questions.

1) PC Part Picker gives me a compatibility note and I am not sure if I should be worried or not about it. Here is the note:

"G.Skill Ares Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-2400 Memory operating voltage of 1.65V exceeds the Intel Haswell CPU recommended maximum of 1.5V+5% (1.575V). This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum."

Should I worry about it? Or should all be well?

2)I have left out a disk drive because I do not plan to use one that much, if at all. Will I need some form of disk drive to setup Windows 7 on this computer, or can I get Windows 7 installed without a disk drive?

Thanks in advance for any help!
