Looking forward to buy a AMD FX-8350 for gaming budget is strict .Please Help out !

My budget is 350$
I already have a Radeon HD 5770 1GB DDR5 GPU and 8GB DDR3 RAM.I just need to change cpu and mobo so thinking to buy a AMD fx-8350(not sure) and mobo i don't know which.
So please help me out with CPU and MOBO only......Budget is strict 350$ or 22,000 Rs/- (India)

In india 8350 is 200$ / 12,500 Rs.......looking forward atleast a high settings games in future (especially GTA5)

The 8320 is the better economy choice here in Canada it usually overclocks to the same level for less $$. Just an option.

Hi, A great motherboard is the http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Asus+M5A97EVO-R2.0+32GB+DDR3+AMD+Motherboard_C13P15785.html ASUS M5A97EVO, good for overclocking but no SLI/CFX so just one GPU. If you wanted to go SLI/CFX I would get the http://www.theitdepot.com/details-Asus+M5A99FX+PRO+R2.0+32GB+DDR3+AMD+Motherboard_C13P15786.html with the 990FX chipset.

I am not sure that a 5770 will be able to handle GTA5 @high though.

Aren't there VRM issues with MSI 990FXA-GD65? They didn't make a 2.0 so I have always assumed it was the same board, I could be wrong though.
