Alright i wanna re use my hard drive i used before with windows 7 home premium 64 bit but im replacing my current mother board cpu and ram will the old hard drive boot windows 7 with these new parts? thanks

Yes you will need an operating system (unless you get it free someway that may not be so legal). Make sure you have optical disk drive as main booting device and just insert the disc inside and it should say press any button to bot from disc and then depending on OS it will have options to format your hard drive and to install windows on it
