So it is my first time building a computer. I put everything together, hit the power button, and it turns on! I am jumping with joy, when it just turns off. It is stuck on an endless loop of restarting. There is no picture on the monitor, bet all of the fans spin and the LEDs turn in. I re-plugged in everything at least 5 times, and tried taking out everything 1 by one. I tried it with no LEds, no fans, no GPU, no harddrive, no CPU, no Ram, all the same result. The computer stays on for an exact 13 seconds every time before restarting. The only thing that differs is that when you take out the CPU it stays on for 3 seconds instead of 13. Below I have links to pictures of the board with nothing attached except the PSU, the power button, and the CPU. I know the PSU isn't faulty because I tried it in my other computer and it works perfectly. Same with the ram. I have tried resetting the CMOS manually. Is the MB faulty or the case or something? Please help! Thanks!
