Asus z-87c replacement in the same price group

hi guys, new here.
i was building a budget gaming rig, my initial thought was to install ASUS Z87-C LGA 1150 Intel Z87 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard and with it AMD r9 270x 2gb .. but i had a change of heart and now i want to change my choice to Nvidia gtx 760..but the board does not support SLI..
so plz suggest me a board that is in the same price category as the z87-c and is future proof and also supports sli..
plus the board should be a match for intel i-5 4670k

Easy choice for me and it is a little less then the Z87-C by asus. Trust me and reviews, ASRock are a very good motherboard supplier and the ASRock Z87 Killer is the board for you. There is no real performance gain with motherboards so when people spend big bucks on one there is no real benefit unless it supports Quad-SLi/XFire and such. The Z87 Killer supports SLI and your socket. Great thing is about the Z87 killer is that it has three PCI-E x16 slots..perfect for SLI or triple SLI to get maximum performance from the card. ASRock are very reliable and have the best performance/value boards around. Reviews for the Z87 Killer are great, It is part of the Fatal1ty range which is ASRocks gaming series motherboards, nothing short of extra features on that board.
