Will my rig run games on ultra?

Hello i was wondering will build run games on ultra with decent fps.
Specs
Asus maximus VI Hero
I5-4670k (not sure how much gonna oc it)
Corsair H100i extreme water cooling
Hdd (not sure what im getting)
Ssd kingston 120gb for games/OS
16gb DDR3 1600mhz g-skill ripjawx ram
Corsair 750watt
Bitfenix colossus venom windowed
Gigabyte windforce 3x gtx 770 2gb
Windows 7 64bit home premium

Quick answers would be nice also would appreciate if you would say good hdds 1tb and up with high speeds

If you have that much money laying around invest in more flash memory. 120GB won't cut it for games.
Personally I'd get a better model of your CPU, leave out the 3rd GPU and buy me some beer.
Also make sure the PSU is up for the task. If you're going to overclock much 750Watts might not be enough. Don't take my word for it though, I didn't bother with the math :)

And yes you will play with maximum settings.

Edit: And for the HDD I'd say don't buy one with more than 1TB. If you need more storage space get a pair (or how many you prefer) and setup them in RAID configuration for increased speed.
