I have a DG31PR mainboard, I'm planning on buying a video card and a psu for it, but first I need to make sure they are compatible, I've read some posts in here and they all say PCI-Express 3.0 is backwards compatible, however I've asked in my local PC store, and the technicians told me that due to the mainboard bus there would be some bottlenecking...
