After toying with and then rejecting the idea of getting a GTX 770 (long story), I have settled on the GTX 760 2GB.

I am between Gigabyte, ASUS, and EVGA, and I keep reading contradictory opinions. I have a few questions.

1) I was wondering if there is any tangible difference in performance or build quality?
2) Is there any truth behind the claims that the EVGA's ACX cooler being really loud, and are any of the three more likely to overheat than the others?
3) I am probably getting an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 mobo, is there any benefit from connecting an ASUS GPU to an ASUS mobo?
4) Customer service-wise, which company is best and most likely to advanced-RMA if necessary?

Thanks!

Solution
1) EVGA and ASUS make extremely high quality GPUs, gigabyte isn't quite on the same level.
2) The ACX cooler might be louder than ASUS, but we're talking a few decibles. My brother has one in his case and I cannot hear it across the room. None of these 3 will overheat, all have good coolers.
3) There is no benefit really other than the design and colors might match better.
4) EVGAs customer support is unmatched, they are by far the best company at that.

I'd go with either the ASUS, which has an amazing cooler and is usually the most quiet card, or the EVGA which has amazing quality and the cooler is still one of the best.
