PC turns off randomly

Sorry for poor English.

Since I've been trying to solve my problem, I replaced everything related to my PC including case, display and mouse. I even moved to another apartment. But it keeps turning off without any warning as if power has been instantly lost. After a few seconds, it turns back on again and boots from scratch.

Diagnosis is quite complicated for I cannot trigger the problem anyhow, the PC passes all known tests, but keeps turning off randomly. I can't even tell for sure if it is a hardware or software problem. I just noticed one rule for sure: it happens only when the PC is more or less idling. It had never happened during some job, be it a game or a rendering or a CPU burn test. It rather happens when I'm browsing a webpage or reading an E-mail.

You could say I'd better get another PC as soon as possible, but I am a bit puzzled because I don't believe in miracles!

Any help I can get.

CPU Intel Q9550
MB Intel DP43BF
RAM 2x2GB
PSU FSP SPI-550 (have tried a 750W replacement)
Video EVGA GTX650Ti
HDD 2x2TB + 2x1TB
DVD-RW
Win 7 x64

Try with Mozilla, just for ruling out a software issue.

Sorry, just tried it, it's not helping.
But I've discovered slight dependance of screen resolution. The less it is, the more seldom it happens. The native resolution is 1920x1200. Video power connector is fine with exact voltages on all three lines. Video adapter has been recently replaced. But still even in 800x600 it does power off sometimes.

alexoiu, 332.21 though i've tried unistalling the driver and working with Windows Standard VGA adapter driver and the problem persists.

by the way, working in safe mode also minimises the reboots.

Hard to say then. Can you reinstall Windows?

alexoiu, tried that. Also I tried to install Debian onto another HDD, but it made no effect either.
I've just swapped my MB to used but working P5QC, with hope to see some difference.
If the problem is with my MB, I will be remarkably unlucky to have second MB with the same problem considering recent replacement of the MB.
Thanks for your participation.
