Booting checks for non-existant case fan

I upgraded the case on my PC, and since then I have had an issue that whenever I boot my PC or wake it up from hibernation, I get a screen that says "case fan not found" then lists the specs of my PC. I can press F1 to boot, but i would like to avoid this screen all together, as the PC doesn't boot till I press F1. Do I need to update my BIOS, or what are my options here?

so I have scoured my bios, and I find no where to turn of alerts. my PC was originally a pre-built HP, so i have HP bios if that helps.

The new fan may help, but its not just when I wake it up from hibernation. Its anytime it boots up, restarts, fresh starts, and hibernation wake ups. but thanks for the advice, I'll start looking for a fan.
