Hi, so I am deciding between 120hz and 60hz. Right now I have a 60 hz monitor and I have a gtx 650ti boost, i5 3570 @3.4 ghz and 8 gigs of ddr3 1600 ram. So in older games I can reach 100+ fps. Then the 144hz and 120hz monitors would be good. But for newer games I have to run them on lowest settings to get higher frames. but in bf4 I still cant reach over 80 fps on low. Do you think it would be worth it to upgrade to 120 hz now or wait until I upgrade my gpu or cpu? Do you guys have a high end pc? if so, do you think it is worth it to run games like bf4 on med or low settings just so you can reach 100+ fps? (even an i7 4770k and gtx 780 cant get above 60 fps on ultra) :(
Thanks.

I think you should take a look at NVidia G-sync monitors. I haven't seen it myself but it's advertised as a gamechanging feature which sounds like the perfect solution to your situation.
