i have a GA-b85 hd3 mother board with the intel i54670k haswell. are these parts good. i already a have a graphics card and the ram im getting is 1600 ddr3 just wondering if this is a decent build

the gpu is a 460 i believe but im not worried about it because he can upgrade it later this is a bday present for my bro i just wanna make sure he will be good with it
