like i said i need help im going to build a gaming pc and i want it to be top grade
windows 8 or 7- i dont know whats best
i need keyboard and mouse also
from maryland

well if i am correct maryland is not in the USA nor Canada right? (Yes, Yes i failed geography class) if so is there some sort of taxes so we can become aware of it?

also the OS depends on what games you're gonna play but i would highly recomend you to go with windows 7 since all games out there run it and even though windows 8 runs some games like BF4 at like 3-5 FPS more than windows 7 it is not usable for Minecraft or some kind of older games. also what is going to be your TV/Monitor? like how many inches and where is Maryland LOL
