I am trying to build a new rig that can do good gaming @1080p or lower ( upto 1366x768)

Games include Skyrim + Mods+EnB , BF4, BF3, Crysis 3 , and Newer games.

Currently the configuration i am planning is

XFX Radeon HD 7790 1GB DDR5
AMD FX 4300 Quad core cpu
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT Motherboard (pcie 2.0)
Corsair VS550 550 Watt PSU
Corsair DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11)

Will the 7790 be bottlenecked by FX 4300 and thge pcie 2.0 slot ? Also 7790 be enough for my gaming ?

No bottlenecking there, the 7790 isn't powerful enough to be bottlenecked by that CPU. The difference between PCIe 2.0 and 3.0 wont be noticed either.

If I were you I would try to go with the 7850. The 7790 is kind of an odd card.

I can push a little up on GPU to 7850 1gb . Will 7850 be affected by my CPU and PSU

also MSI r7 260x 2GB OC is also available at the price of 7790 1GB

7850 2gb is way more costly here in india

So should i go with Sapphire 7790 1 GB OC DUAL X or Sapphire 7850 1GB Dual X?
The difference is 40$ here in India. Is 7850 worth 40$ extra?? --Gaming at 1080p or below

Also the price of Fx 6300 fell now it is ~ $10 difference with Fx 4300. So i am going with FX 6300.
