When I try to install windows on my HD, it says
"Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The selected disk has an MBR partition table. On EFI systems, Windows can only be installed to GPT disks."

"windows cannot be installed oto this hard disk space. Windows must be installed to a partition formattted as NTFS."

How would I reformat the hard drive? Or what can I do to install Windows 7 without buying another HD?

Solution
Is the drive 2TB or less?

When you get to the screen that says where do you want to install windows, there is some text down on the bottom right of the screen "drive options (advanced)". Click on that.
Delete the existing partition, and create a new one. Format it NTFS.

When you come to install it and you hit the screen when you select the drive to install it on, you can format the drive from there. Select the drive and click 'Drive options (advanced)' (in the bottom right) and hit 'format'. Make sure that you format it as 'NTFS'. Once its formatted select it again and install the OS.

Pl provide your HDD info and also is it new or does it have data on it
