After looking around it seems like this build from ibuypower.com is decent for the money without getting my hands dirty. I'd sure appreciate some constructive feedback. Thanks!

A 1000w is over kill unless your planning on Hardcore oc and doing 780 sli and even then it might be over kill but obviously you'll be ocing due to the cpu you got.

If you not doing sli a 750W or 850w max is fine. The PSU you cited is great, you just don't need so much of it.

The cheaper PSUs have shorter warranties and are not guaranteed to supply the power they claim as well as made with cheaper components. So all of the above in regards to your question.

You could definitely build a system with same specs for cheaper, maybe 300 less(or more) but with out the bells.

The main issue is that psu is not very high quality for what your paying you deserve a good quality psu , seasonic, xfc, cosair, antec

If you feel that price is worth not having to get your hands dirty and you like the specs and feel comfortable with the hardware than go for it. I will tell you though that you can build one much better for the same amount of money or the same for less.

thanks for the fast answer! Will the PSU supply adequate power but just wear out sooner than one from a company you mentioned? Or is it going to impair or limit the machine? There were other options but I picked that one for a few dollars more for the extra wattage. Please bear with me. I'm very new to this.
