Alright guys, I've finally come down to a conclusion on a gaming rig which is right here ---> http://pcpartpicker.com/p/2LFpq

I've replace Corsair H100i with Hyperx 212 Evo due to $ and will be getting the 770 instead of the 760. for now I shall only get one graphics card and get the rest later. My PSU should be ok. i shall also be adding NZXT sentry (fan controller) into one of the 5.25 slots. I would purchase more ram but 8gb is more than enough for a typical gamer. I want your opinions if this will be a good build. I really would appreciate it if you would recommend me if i should upgrade or downgrade.
also! if this rig would be able to handle bf4 and arma 3 on ultra?
I will reply but slowly because I'm heading to work. thanks again guys!

First off that EVGA PSU is ridiculously overrated - it's a tier 3 or tier 4 model at best. And on that budget you can definitely get a better cooler than a 212 Evo. I'd go with a Seasonic G series instead. And second why not go with a single GTX 780TI?

I would do this:

The Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme is better than the Corsair H100i, and you don't need the fan controller.
