Problems after flashing bios

Well, I built a computer using the gygabyte f2a88x-d3h motherboard. Later, it started having blue screens and it said to check bios version and updates so i flashed my bios to the latest version. Now, my image on the screen is crooked and it is not the resolusion because it does it during bios setup too. But when i use safe mode, it is fine.
Plz help!

No, I don't think it is that because i downloaded the bios from the gygabyte website and it said that it is the 3rd revision and i have the third revision.
