Should my exhaust fan blow up or to the back?

I have a case that has 2 exhaust fans. The fan in the back is a 120mm fan and the top is the 200mm fan. Which is a better choice, I can only choose 1 cause I dont have enough fan slots on psu and mobo.

Get yourself an adapter to hook both up, such as one of these:

Start with the top I guess, though you could also experiment and find out for yourself which one gives you better temps. If you have a tower-style cpu cooler, I'd expect whichever matches the airflow direction of the cooler would give you better temps.
